I am so super excited to announce the launch of my low-carb and grain-free biscuit and baking mixes! This has been a dream of mine for about 7 years. One of my first big hits on my blog, my Parmesan Garlic biscuits started started it all. With well over a half million views and rave reviews, I sought to make them even better! These biscuit and baking mixes have been a life changer for me. As most of you know, I have three children ages 9 to 5. I also homeschool my oldest son. Life is busy. But I must eat Low carb. I must practice what I preach. Eating this way has allowed me to get back to pre-pregnancy weight for all 3 pregnancies, 125 pounds. I will be 40 this year and this way of eating and the convenience of my mixes are a testament of how sustainable this way of eating has been.
I have been selling my mixes locally for the past 9 months then I felt God tell me it was time and OK to take this bigger. I know these mixes will be a blessing to others.
