Support

Many people want to know how they can support my efforts to continue to create grain-free recipes. Well, here is how! 🙂 When you make purchases from the below companies using the following links, I will receive a very small commission. This is at no cost to you. Monetary or product compensation helps me to continue to create recipes and provide for my family.

Thank you in advance for your support.

I just wanted to say that this site has been such an inspiration to me! Switching to a grain free diet has been one of the best things I could have ever done for my family, but some days it is hard. Some days we want comforting food. Your recipes have allowed us to stay true to our diet and still have a little food comfort from time to time! Thank you so much for you Black Friday sale on the cookbooks! I bought a few as gifts and hopefully they will help my family members ease into the best health of their lives!

    Thank you,
    Liz Escalante

Hi Melissa, I just want you to know how much I look up to you! I live in AK and have your books and follow your FB page. It started with wheatbelly for me too (off grains over 2 years but I eat rice now and then) and now I just follow you bc I get overwhelmed. I wish I had your talent but every time I make or eat something you are the little person on my shoulder and yes I feel guilty when I don’t do it like you would! Or as often. Still, you are so good for me and I think you are the cleanest eater and one I can relate to the most without being vegetarian, vegan, raw or without dairy. If you make it then I know it’s good and healthy and done right. Today I am making that creamcheese fudge and tomorrow the sausage balls. I can’t do 2 things at once! It takes up my whole day to do one thing. 🙁 I have everything so I hope I can do half as well. I tell everyone about you and am glad you are getting a good following!!

Hi Marian, I’m so glad I can help! I know that going grain-free can be a daunting task so I wanted to help make it easy (and tasty) for everyone! 🙂 Thank you for your kind words and I hope you enjoy the fudge and sausage balls! Merry Christmas!

I have been thoroughly enjoying your Satisfying Eats cookbook!! I totally love that half of the book is desserts. When we decided to give up refined sugar & grains (we are about 75% there), my husband & I were wondering how we’d get by without sweet treats. You give so many great sugar-free dessert recipes. I’m determined to make every one of them. So far, my kids favorite are the chocolate truffles.

    Thanks again!

    Hi Melissa,

Love your website! I’m doing a recipe roundup for low carb St. Patrick’s Day recipes on my blog and I’d love to include your Irish Soda Bread. But I first wanted to ask your permission to use an image from your post.

I won’t be copying any text from your recipe and I will credit you for the image and recipe by linking back to your blog. This will direct traffic to your site for the recipe. And, it will be shared on our 247K Pinterest page!

I just wanted to make sure this was alright with you before I publish the post. Please let me know when you get a chance.

    Thanks! 🙂

I’ve heard so many wonderful testimonials about your book. I would like to purchase a spiral bound version of Satisfying Eats but can’t get my purchase buttons to work on your site. Is there another way to buy the spiral version?

Hi Amy, I am having a bit of technical problems right now. I’ll send you an invoice to purchase the spiral Satisfying Eats cookbook in the meantime. 🙂
