Rhonda, thank you for your purchase. Unfortunately right now, they are separate purchases. My IT friend just went out of town and it will be a week until he can create a new button so you can add each book to your cart for one shipping fee. Comforting Eats will shipping out in 1.5-2 weeks… do you want the Satisfying Eats cookbook shipped out on Monday or do you want me to ship them together? I would think you would want the SE cookbook but just let me know!

I have both cookbooks, I purchased the first book and the second was a gift. I have tried several of the recipes and LOVE them. I bake cakes for struggling military families and use Melissa’s cream cheese icing on them because it is DELICIOUS and doesn’t have all that sugar and the families don’t know and rave on how good it was!! I will keep getting each new cookbook and I give the link to friends all the time!!

Melissa’s recipes are awesome whether you are following a grain free diet or just want to change up your meals. The recipe for the southern style biscuits are to die for. You would not believe they are grain free. My mother, who grew up in the mid west, loved her biscuits and the bacon balsamic barbecue sauce which is great on her meatloaf recipe. I would recommend both her cookbooks.

I ordered both books a few months ago and absolutely LOVE them! Was sooooooo worth getting them shipped to NZ, and can’t wait til I have a little more time to be able to cook out of them a bit more. Melissa was an absolute gem, helping me with recipes that weren’t working for me (Worked out that some sizing was different so just had to adjust recipes slightly) and was happy to answer my never ending emails 😉 Would highly recommend getting the books!

I purchased the Satisfying Eats as an e-book and on the Comforting Eats I bought it off her blog and I dearly LOVE the spiral bound book! She has one more AWESOME Southern Biscuit recipe in that one and I do mean awesome! I don’t miss wheat biscuits at all. I have both cookbooks and LOVE them. EVERY recipe I have tried has been delicious. Even your spice mixes are divine. I am SO thankful I found your blog! I don’t bother using any other grain free cookbooks or recipes anymore… frankly I was tired of wasting expensive ingredients and getting mediocre results. I have no reservations about making a new recipe as long as its one of yours Melissa. You are TRULY a prodigy! Your amazing creations give me hope I will be able to stay grain and sugar free for life and I’ve tried and failed since I was a teenager. I really can’t thank you enough.
