I love Thanksgiving. It is a time to reflect on all the blessings in our lives. My two boys, my husband, my family and my friends are just a few of my blessings. I am also grateful your each and every one of you that has supported me over the past 2 years and tried my recipes, shared my posts, purchased my cookbooks and supported me with you encouraging words. Satisfying Eats wouldn’t be the same without you! A recipe developer (food blogger) without someone to try their food is just no fun! Half of my fun comes from your feedback and the pictures you post of your creations. I really do appreciate your feedback about my recipes and blog and how they have helped make living without grains a little easier and more satisfying for you and your family.
