One of my favorite fruits is blueberries! I hope you enjoy this yummy and healthy shake! This is one of the ways that I get my daily dose of gelatin and coconut oil in my diet! My 2-year-old son LOVES this shake, and I feel good that he is drinking something so healthy!
About the recipe:
- I use homemade coconut milk. If you choose to use canned coconut milk, use THIS kind and dilute the canned coconut milk, half milk and half water.
- You can use fresh or frozen blueberries. If you use frozen blueberries, you can omit the ice cubes.
- Be sure to use a high quality protein powder like Great Lakes Gelatin. Either the red, orange or green can will work in this shake. I prefer the green so there is less chance for clumps.
