  • Blanched Almond Flour– This is the BEST almond flour and the only brand that I recommend. The almond flour is ground very fine and is perfect for breads as well as cakes and desserts. Consider going in with a few people to get the best price on almond flour, $5.40/lb (includes 15 % discount and shipping).
  • Freeze Dried Fruits: Blueberries, Strawberries, Apples, bananas, peaches & Raspberries. They have a wide selection of other fruits! I use these dried fruits as well as the best healthy snack bar for my kids snacks! My favorite use right now for the freeze dried blueberries is in my Grain-Free Cereal! Freeze dried fruits are not like dehydrated fruits that are filled with sugar but freeze dried fruits are crunchy and can be eaten as is or dehydrated by adding water. 
  • Organic Cacao Powder– Perfect in shakes and recipes calling for unsweetened cocoa powder. 

An item that I DO NOT recommend purchasing from Honeyville is their Coconut Flour. It is not as fine as Bob’s Red Mill or Tropical Traditions, two which I recommend. The difference is enough to matter in my book! I just wanted to give you a heads up! I see that they now have Organic Cacao Powder… this is something I will be trying very soon! Also check out their other emergency food items and even cooking appliances!
