This ultra fine almond flour is PERFECT for delicate cakes. Don’t use a cheaper version that is not as fine, your cakes will NOT turn out.
This almond flour is not a fine (and cheaper) and works great for my Better than Red Lobster biscuits but the Honeyville Almond flour above works best for cakes.
