So here is the Bread-less Bread Crumbs I will be using in lots of recipes as its own post. This keeps well in refrigerator and I recommend making it in a bigger batch so you don’t run out.
Note: To make dairy free, omit the Parmesan Cheese and add 1/2 cup more almond flour and 1/4 tsp more salt.
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Cajun House Seasoning (or other favorite no msg seasoning)
1 tsp dried Parsley
- Mix all ingredients in Ziploc bag or plastic storage container and refrigerate until needed.
