    We made these cookies and they were delicious!! The only problem we encountered was that they were very crumbly and fell apart when you would take a bite out of it. Would that improve if we used whole eggs or more egg whites or butter?

      Glad you enjoyed them Matti. You can try adding the whole egg, it will make them softer. I didn’t have the problem of them being crumbly. Hmmm… add maybe 1 tbsp more of butter and see what happens. The butter should make them harder. It may take more though. Hope this helps!
